_We were staying at the Chateau Impney and experienced a handling problem with our Audi TT this is how we made a visit to your showroom.
The staff were so helpful and personable starting with your main Receptionist.
Our car problem was dealt so efficiently and effectively by the service dept (which was a nail in our tyre) - taking all the stress away from us.
This led us, whilst waiting enjoying free hot chocolate and channel 80, to meet your charming and very persuasive sales person Lindsay.
We were not intending to have a new car as we are setting up a new business but Lindsay explained the tax incentives of a new vehicle (mileage allowance = monthly p/ments).
You will be aware that we have a large Audi dealership in West Sussex but we have been far more impressed with the overall experience at Listers - WELL DONE
When ready to purchase a car we will definitely buy from Lindsay no other sales person has come close to his professionalism and personality……you should make him part of your training programme.
