_Dear Mr. Tombs,
Just a few lines to express my thanks for the service received this week.
Firstly, with regard to the winter wheel to summer wheel changeover, it was most appreciated to have the fee waived for these to be changed - it made me more receptive than usual when Ed, your mechanic, brought to my attention a set of covers for the wheels currently not in use.
Then, when I found that in my haste not to be late for the Service I had left my wallet behind, your Wilf (Parts Manager) kindly allowed me to take the covers with me and then ring in later with my credit card details.
This kind of service is always borne in mind by customers and will undoubtedly bear fruit in the future. I for one will be back at Listers, when it is time to change my car.
