I am emailing you today with regards to the help, advice and care I received when I visited your showroom recently, I was introduced to Ross Ison by the receptionist, he took time to show me around the vehicle I had come to look at, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything with a very confident manner. I visited the next day with my wife and we decided to purchase the vehicle, the service we received was second to none, Ross was very professional and courteous.
The day arrived for us to collect our vehicle, we arrived at the agreed time and I have to say the whole process was seamless, everything was in order and Ross spent time talking us through all of the paperwork and then much to my wife’s delight she was presented with a bouquet of flowers.
I would like to commend Ross on his very professional manner and hope you will let him know how happy we were with the service we received.
We would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to our friends and family.
