To sum up my experience so far in one word I would say it’s been brilliant! From the minute we started talking about a replacement car to the moment I picked it up and the few days that I have had it the service from you and your colleagues has been wonderful.
I am very grateful to you for leading me through the process and also helping me when the logistical challenges faced with returning my old car looked like making it a stressful experience, you made all those concerns vanish and therefore made the experience of collecting the new car even more exciting as a result!
You also have a great support team around you,
Pippa was great with the financial stuff and Ruth on the service desk was helpful above and beyond the call of duty, and was great at keeping me up to date with everything to do with the old car. In particular though I would like to mention Kelly on Reception.
I made three different trips to the dealership whilst building up to the arrival of the new car and she went out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer (which I’m sure I am) on each occasion, even on one once where because I was on holiday I hadn’t shaved and didn’t look like the average Audi customer! She was bright and bubbly and always makes me feel welcome, which truly enriched the overall experience for me
Bill, I have now had two cars from you and each time you have made every effort to ensure that the experience is delightful for me. I really can’t thank you enough, I know I have been a pain but you make it look like nothing is too much trouble and I really appreciate that. As I said to you I have six cars left until I retire and I think they may well all be Audi’s on the back of this service level. You are a master of old school excellent customer service!
