I am writing to express my admiration and thanks to you for providing a standard of excellence in your servicing department. Last week Alan Evans, my first point of contact, and then Sam in the workshop, helped me out of difficulty with no warning and with kind, prompt and competent attention. This was customer service of the very highest kind, and you should know how very much this quality of service means to everyone lucky enough to own a Honda.
Last week it meant the world to me.
