I am writing to commend the professional and courteous after-service extended to me last week by James Phillips, Service Manager.
I purchased a Mercedes A-Class in April of this year. Because of my unfamiliarity with the parking mechanism specific to this model, compounded by personal circumstances, the paintwork on the front of my car was damaged.
James’ attitude and customer relations were second to none and for this reason I wish to convey my thanks. James is an asset to Mercedes. I should also like to thank Shaun who undertook to repair the bodywork of my car, for which I am grateful.
While I was waiting for the repair to be completed, Sam, I believe was most attentive in enquiring after my wellbeing. You have loyal staff and I ask you, please, to thank each on my behalf.
