Your phone call pre-empted my email to thank you for your help in the purchase of the car and now the follow up today. As I must have said to you, I have quite a number of cars over the years, starting with a Ford Popular 1936 but I have never had a phone call from a Dealer after taking delivery of the car to ask if I was happy with the purchase and offering help if there was a problem.
As with all Dealerships, there are the good and the bad and those somewhere in between. My reading of it at the moment is excellent. It was a pleasure to deal with you and I look forward to the next purchase!!!
