We collected our new car on Saturday last and we would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to your colleagues Peter Andrews and Tim Eccles for their courtesy and professionalism in dealing with us and our purchase. Our thanks also to their colleagues in the background who we didn’t meet but who organised the delivery and carried out the excellent preparation of the car for us in very quick time so that it could be ready for us to pick up at a date and time most convenient for us.
All aspects of our experience with Listers Lexus, from the first contact with Peter Andrews through the introduction to the model range and test drive to the ordering and financing via Tim Eccles and then the demonstration and handover of the car by Peter were pleasant but thorough and enjoyable. It certainly felt very nice to be treated with such friendly courtesy and it got the car (the quality, comfort and driveability of which we are appreciating more and more as we get used to it) off to a very good start with us.
We would certainly look to Listers first when we next change cars and would be happy to recommend Listers to our friends based on our recent pleasant experience. Again, please pass on our comments and thanks to your Lincoln colleagues.
