To whom it may concern.
This morning my Golf failed to start due to a flat battery. On jump starting it, I drove to my Listers Garage in Banbury, Oxon.
As Julian Horlick the Service Advisor was busy with a customer I sat and waited. Sam the Receptionist noted that I had been waiting a while and apologised stating that they were very busy, but offered to get the manager Mr Tim Clarke to help me. He promptly came and I explained the problem to him. I pointed out to him that I was aware they were exceptionally busy, but might they have a new battery to fit my car. He went to check, returning to inform me they had and that he would fit it himself straight away which he did.
I felt I had to write this email to point out that Julian, Tim and Sam were extremely helpful, kind, patient, and diligent in their approach to me, especially as I was a cold caller, when they were so obviously extremely busy.
I am sending this email as people nowadays only seem to want to complain never compliment, so ‘THANK YOU’ to Julian, Tim and Sam of Listers at Banbury you all deserve a pat on the back (and a ‘Pay Rise!!!!!)
