My partner and I decided it was time to look into getting a vehicle on Motability as my disability is getting worse.
On arriving at your garage we were greeted by a very pleasant, well dressed and polite young man called Nick Dhillon. He made us instantly at ease and explained the whole process clearly and precisely. He even made us coffee!
Nothing was too much trouble, we were able to relate to him straight away and have a confidence in his ability to meet my needs and answer our questions. Every aspect was covered, what each car offered, what was expected from us as a Motability user, what SEAT could offer us in terms of suitable veichles, after care etc.. and what the costs would be.
He wasn’t condescending or pushy and I think - for me as a disabled person - it was probably one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions I have done in a long long time.
I cannot be speak too highly of this young man, he is a real credit to his profession and seems to have a natural ability to put people at their ease.
