I am writing to express my gratitude for the way the sale of our Landrover Discovery has been handled.
We are overseas customers and I saw the car for sale on line and made tentative inquiries a couple of weeks back. Thomas was kind enough to call me in Africa (twice) and looking back through my email box, he stayed in constant email communication with me, writing clear emails and answering all of my questions. Through the negotiation for the purchase of the car, Thomas was polite and clear about what was possible and what was not possible, and he followed up on everything with a highly professional, creative and friendly approach. Looking back over correspondence, some of my emails were quite direct, but throughout he has answered in a measured and professional way.
Maureen, my wife, picked up the car last Saturday and she commented to me over the phone about how wonderful Thomas’s tour, test drive, explanations and attention to detail were.
