I booked the car in for a scheduled service on 26th March, the procedure was painless. When I arrived I was greeted by a very pleasant and efficient receptionist, and then on to the Service Department. I think Chris dealt with me for my “while you wait” service. He was helpful and informed me of how things would go. The relax area was good with wifi service if required, newpaper to read and plenty of drinks available. The car was serviced within the time stated and a video report was shown to me. The cost was as quoted so all in all a very easy and excellent process.
