I just wanted to say thank you one again for all you did today. You made a very difficult day much better. I was very touched and most grateful for both the repair and the breakdown cover, you really did go the extra mile with customer care. Despite my comments and feelings to you about my car and it’s poor record of reliability, I have to say the service team has always been very helpful, supportive and professional and it is appreciated… thank you so much.
