I wanted to say thank you to the team at Audi Birmingham for the outstanding customer service. On Saturday I suffered a serious horse riding accident that has left me unable to drive or leave the apartment due to severe bruising on my back and hip. My car was left at the horse riding stables in Knowle as an ambulance took me to hospital.
My TT was booked in for MOT on 13th July. Having explained the situation to the receptionist she liaised with Lilly who called me back and arranged for the driver to collect my car keys then get the car from the stables, MOT it and return the clean car to me. This is well above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. I am truly grateful as the vehicle would have been out of MOT on Wednesday. It also gave me great peace of mind to know my vehicle was back on the road but also safely parked in the secure car park downstairs.
I can’t express my thanks enough for this truly outstanding service. Please extend my thanks to all staff who were involved. It’s been a really traumatic week but your team helped me to have complete peace of mind.
