I visited the showroom on Sunday 19 July having seen a number of your cars on display at a golf day on Saturday. The girl who greeted us was very helpful and went to see if there was a member of the sales team who could speak to us.
John Macdonald introduced himself and explained that he was waiting for a customer but she was running 15 minutes late so he offered to help until she arrived. I had seen an A5 convertible that I was interested in and he fetched the keys to let me have a look.
At this point the customer turned up so John offered me an appointment later that afternoon which suited me so we arranged to discuss the car then. When I arrived in the afternoon John had arranged for the car to be brought into the showroom and was he was waiting to show me around it.
John was very helpful and explained a number of the features of car and the various options I had in terms of outright purchase, HP or Audi Solutions. John took my details and arranged for his colleague Listowel to review the finances while we went for a test drive. When we came back we discussed the options and at no point did I feel pressured or hurried into making a decision, both John and Listowel were knowledgeable, professional and patient throughout.
The showroom was being closed but again I was not rushed and we finished our discussion with an agreement that John would call me on Monday once I had had a chance to review the figures. John called at the agreed time and I have decided to go ahead and buy the car.
I would like to say how impressed I am with the whole experience and how helpful and knowledgeable John was; I cannot speak highly enough about the level of service I received and I will be recommending Birmingham Audi and John to family and friends.
