I just felt I had to drop you a note regarding the excellent attention I received from your service team when I visited on 17/6/15, regarding a tyre pressure warning light.
The light had come on a number of times in the previous months, but the tyre pressures were fine and when I had rang your service team they felt that it was probably a puncture. They explained and assisted in resetting the system, therefore, I went to two tyre centres over the next couple of months (one national and one independent) who informed me there was no issue with the tyres and it was probably the sensors.
After this occurred, again a month later, I called your service team who told me to bring it in the same day and they would investigate for me. They said that a software upgrade would probably be required and they would check out the problem.
The team (service desk and mechanics) did a thorough investigation and not only completed the upgrade, but also found a nail deep in a tyre (putting the so called tyre specialists to shame).
They then proceed and fixed the puncture free of charge.
In this respect, I can only compliment you on the way the matter was handled and the tremendous service I received.
I wish more providers offered this exceptional service and I would like to thank you, and the team.
