I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude and convey my compliments to your members of staff in their dedication to work and exemplary customer service which I have received over the past few weeks.
I purchased a brand new Audi A6 Black Edition Ultra a few weeks ago and unfortunately noticed there were some issues with the vehicle. Although disappointed I completely understood that they are machines and sometimes go wrong, so as long as the problem was fixed and I was kept mobile I was happy.
The reason I feel the need to write to you is the service I received from Emma Askew throughout this process was Excellent, she went above and beyond to ensure that I was not only kept up to date throughout the process but was attentive and thorough right up to the point where the job was handed to her manager (Andrew) for final handover as she was going on holiday. Andrew then provided me then with the same due care and attention when I came to collect my vehicle and reassured me that every detail had been covered, my car was ready when promised ,clean and fuelled.
I have some credentials and experience within customer service and I therefore have extremely high standards and expectations of which your members of staff exceeded in many areas. There is a huge difference between a very good and an excellent delivery of customer service and Emma really showed an understanding and care to achieve this.
I would be proud to have them representing my company and I know customers aren’t always quick to come forward and recognise exemplary performances when received, but I want to ensure that my gratitude and thanks is passed on to Emma and also Andrew.
Based on my experiences I will recommend your dealership to friends and colleagues.
