We brought our Avensis in for its annual service. Greeted at reception by a polite young lady who took us through to wait for details regarding the service. John Rice came through introduced himself and discussed service with us, then took us to the courtesy car- explained the controls etc. which allowed us to go into Lincoln for shopping and lunch ! thank you.
On our return, greeted again by friendly smile, taken through to waiting area, given drinks – and after short while John came through to advise about the service. (He did apologise for the wait, but it was not long at all)
All very straight forward. Whilst there we have taken up the service plan you offered over 2 years. He explained it all to us and gave us the paperwork with the payment details.
As you say, not a very exciting experience having a car serviced, but your staff help to make it less arduous than normal.
