I’m delighted to tell you that all your team perform to an extremely high standard. Having just returned from a trip to USA where they are experts in customer service, I have nothing but praise for the Lincoln team.
For the second year running, John in the service department has dealt with my service in a polite, courteous and efficient manner and arranged for a driver to take me home & collect me again when my vehicle was ready. This was all done without delay.
Although I purchased my second Yaris 12 months ago I would also commend Ed in your sales team who also went beyond the call of duty calling me three times after I had taken delivery in November 2014 to ensure all was satisfactory.
As this is my third Toyota vehicle I am grateful for the reliability of the Toyota range although I don’t feel this particular Yaris model is as comfortable as my previous model. As a retiree my mileage is now minimal but as, after just ten minutes driving my left leg starts aching, I will check alternative manufacturers models before my PCP contract is due for review.
