I just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ to Andrew Sutherland and the service team.
They were kind enough to give guidance on a warning light to my Dad and I. It was a very busy time and we could have easily ‘fobbed off’ but they didn’t. They were kind enough to put my dad’s mind at ease regarding what he should try next and showed him on his car. Thank you very much for making us feel valued, it means a great deal. Thank you.
