I made my enquiry at Listers Lexus in Cheltenham as my RH450X was recalled for a manufacturing fault to be corrected. I was met by the servicing manager whose name escapes me; he was most helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. In addition to the reason for the recall he arranged for a ‘health check’ to be carried out and a video to be sent to my email address. The car was returned having been washed and valeted.
I also met a member of the sales team, we discussed the possibility of a part exchange deal that I am sure will materialise into a purchase in the near future. All in all a very pleasant day in the hands of experienced, mature, sensible and very helpful staff. Your lady on reception was polite, well dressed and very helpful.
