From the moment I stepped through the doors at Honda Northampton, to when I drove away, I was very happy with the customer service.
There was a great deal of good service. If I had any queries, I knew that they would of been answered and I was reassured that everything would run smoothly.
I was given the opportunity to test drive both models that I wished to purchase one a diesel and one petrol to compare and make a decision, plus they offered to buy my VW from me at a fair price, which helped sway me towards my purchase.
They also offered me a pick-up service and a courtesy car, which I was happy about. How many dealers offer that level of service?
We were taken through all the financials and add ons, which I wasn’t pressurized to do, and given an explanation of the inside and outside of the workings of my new car.
