Welcoming you back safely to our showrooms

Our latest updates on the measures we have in place to keep you and our staff safe

All of our dealerships are open for face to face sales appointments and for all servicing, parts and body repair purposes with social distancing measures in place. This means that there will be fewer vehicles on display.

Our digital showroom is still available for those customers who would rather not visit our dealerships.

Face coverings and social distancing

Wearing a face covering is now a personal choice. While face coverings are no longer mandatory in our dealerships, all our customers can decide whether or not to wear a face covering, and our staff will do their best to reflect your choices where possible.

Your questions answered

Answers to some of the most common questions we've been asked. We'll keep this updated as the situation evolves.

Can I still use the click-and-collect service?

Yes. We’ll still be operating a click-and-collect service at all of our dealerships, with handovers continuing to take place in a COVID-secure manner. We encourage all our customers to follow the guidance from the government at all times, and if you’d prefer, our dealerships will work with you to arrange delivery of your vehicle.

Fees and/or maximum distances may apply for deliveries or click-and-collect appointments. Please contact your dealership for further information.

Can I still purchase a vehicle online?

Absolutely. You can choose to buy your vehicle online, over the phone or speak to us on live chat. If you change your mind and you’d prefer to visit us in person, you can just speak to a member of the team who will happily make you an appointment to come and see us. Contact us for more details.

Can I still use collect-and-deliver for my Service, MOT or repair?

Yes. If your service or MOT is due, if your vehicle develops a fault, or if you need a repair, get in touch with your local Listers Dealership and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you. You can also book your service online. Please contact your dealership, who will offer you further guidance and alternatives if required.

Fees and/or maximum distances may apply to our collect-and-delivery service. Please contact your dealership for further information.
