Throughout the national lockdown, our dealerships will be open and continue to provide a COVID-secure environment to service, repair and maintain your vehicles. We're open for new and existing bookings, for essential service and maintenance work, and also to assist and support key workers.

Our sales teams are here, and we’re still delivering vehicles
Our showrooms are closed to the public, but our sales teams are still here and all available remotely by phone, email and live chat. We are still delivering vehicles, and you can also use the Listers Digital Showroom to find, reserve and apply for finance on vehicles. If you have any questions about any aspect of this, please just give us a call.

Robust, tried and tested, COVID-secure processes
We’ve had plenty of practice and are well-versed in keeping our staff and customers safe, so you can rest assured that we're doing everything possible, with a wide range of safety measures and contactless processes at all of our locations.

I'm due to collect a car I've bought. What now?

We’ll still be operating a click-and-collect service at all of our dealerships, with handovers continuing to take place in a COVID-secure manner. We encourage all our customers to follow the guidance from the government and remain in your geographical area, and our dealerships will work with you to arrange delivery of your vehicle if you prefer. Please contact your dealership for further guidance.

Can I still purchase a vehicle?

Absolutely. You can choose to buy your vehicle online, over the phone or speak to us on live chat. If you’d prefer to visit us in person, you can also make an appointment to come and see us once we reopen. Contact us for more details.

My vehicle needs a Service, MOT or repair?

If your service or MOT is due, if your vehicle develops a fault, or if you need a repair, get in touch with your local Listers Dealership and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you. You can also book your service online or contact us on Live Chat. If you live in a different geographical area, please contact your dealership, who will offer you further guidance and alternatives if required.

I have a Service, MOT, or repair booked, what should I do?

All our service, parts and repair departments are still open. If you have an appointment booked, you can turn up as normal, subject to government guidance. If you live in a different geographical area, please contact your dealership for further guidance.
