We’re here to support all your motoring needs

The latest Coronavirus updates from Listers, as we do everything we can to help you during the global pandemic.

From Thursday 5 November until Wednesday 2 December, all of our dealerships will be open for service, repair and maintenance, for new and existing bookings and for essential service and maintenance work, and also to assist and support key workers.

Our sales showrooms will not be open to the public during the lockdown, but our new and used sales teams will be working remotely and will still be available to assist you with any vehicle purchases, and provide ongoing support and help to answer any queries you may have.

Face coverings and social distancing

For those of you who will still be visiting us, you can rest assured that we're doing everything possible to keep all our staff and customers safe, with a wide range of safety measures and contactless processes at all of our locations.

Please remember to bring and wear a face covering, and observe all social distancing measures that are in place.

Last updated Wednesday 4 November.

Your questions answered

Answers to some of the most common questions we've been asked during the lockdown. We'll keep this updated as the situation evolves.

I'm due to collect a car I’ve bought in November. What now?

We are still open for vehicle collections, with handovers continuing to take place in a COVID-secure manner. If you’d like to discuss this, please contact your dealership for further details.

Can I still purchase a vehicle?

Absolutely, you can choose to buy your vehicle online, over the phone or speak to us on live chat. If you’d prefer to visit us in person, you can also make an appointment to come and see us in December.

My vehicle needs a Service, MOT or repair?

If your service or MOT is due, get in touch with your local Listers Dealership and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you. You can also book your service online or contact us on Live Chat.

I have a Service, MOT, or repair booked, what should I do?

Our service departments are still open. If you already have an appointment between 5 November and 2 December, you will be able to turn up as normal and a member of staff will be at the doors to greet you.

Keeping our staff and customers safe

Just some of the changes we’ve made in our COVID-secure dealerships, service centres and body shops to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible:

Professional cleaning and sanitisation

We’re having all our sites professionally cleaned daily, and our technicians cover seats and steering wheels before undertaking any work.

Clean delivery promise

Whether you choose contactless collection, or our clean home delivery, your new vehicle will be thoroughly cleaned, with the same level of service you’re used to.

Contactless handover

Over the phone and by video, we’ll run through all the key features and controls of your new vehicle and, if you have any questions, we’re always just a call away.

Buy online with confidence

From reservation to handover, you can now purchase your next vehicle online, from the comfort and safety of your own home.

Our new online buying process allows you to securely complete all the steps involved in buying a vehicle without the need for visiting one of our showrooms. Reserve a vehicle, get a value for yours, apply for finance and buy online, with no more than a few clicks.
