Isuzu adventures with motorbike legend Carl Fogarty

A closer look at the impressive Isuzu D-Max XTR.

Designed for an action-packed lifestyle, the Isuzu D-Max is extremely agile on the road just as much as it is off it – a perfect fit for motorbike legend Carl Fogarty. “I love anything with an engine and I live for the outdoors, so the XTR suits me down to the ground. It’s got real character and stands out from a crowd, which is great in an age where cars are increasingly looking the same. Can’t wait to take it off-road!”

The formidable looking XTR really stands out on the road with its 17-inch satin black alloy wheels, dramatic front bumper guard, bonnet protector, headlight frames and angular bar framework. That being said, the design isn’t just about its looks, key elements such as the bonnet protector and angular bar framework is engineered to protect both the car and the driver when going on and off-road, making you feel safe and secure. The XTR goes even further with its six-speed automatic gearbox, a bespoke brake and Pedders suspension, striking the ideal balance between comfort and capability.

Carl Fogarty opted to personalise his XTR to really make it his own, adding XTR heated front sports seats with leather trim, a D-shaped sports steering wheel and he chose to include a front camera too. This is something you can do as well, with a wide range of optional extras available to choose from. That being said, the model is packed with equipment as standard, including a reversing camera, Bluetooth function and 7-inch touchscreen display.

Ready when you are, the Isuzu D-Max is available now.
