I should like to commend your Service Advisor Cameron McKenzie and his colleagues for the excellent and courteous service given me on Wednesday 11th April when I needed reassurance about a problem with my Volkswagen Touran that had developed while I was away from home.
My American friend travelling with me said it would be unheard of to ring up in the States at around 5 p.m. one evening, get an appointment next morning for 10 a.m. and then receive such prompt and helpful attention – she was most impressed.
Please pass on my thanks to Cameron in particular and also the engineer who tested my car and the young woman who kindly brought us coffee.
We travelled home safely with no further trouble.
