Firstly my apologies that I didn’t complete and return the CSI card that was in my car when I collected it yesterday afternoon. I hope this email will however be acceptable as a form of feedback as I would have marked everything as a healthy pass.
I was entirely satisfied with every aspect of the service I received from your team yesterday - you guys really seem to have mastered customer service which is a rare thing today. From making the appointment through to collecting my car the team at Listers demonstrated absolute professionalism all the way. You even managed to conjure up two new rear tyres in a matter of moments which was hugely appreciated and the fact that my car was washed prior to collection really just endorses my earlier comment about professionalism and great service.
Thank you to you and all your team for providing an Audi owner with such a stress free level of service. We’ve already had our various VW Golf vehicles through your workshop on a number of occasions and on each we’ve been delighted too. Perhaps I’ll need to swap my Audi for a VW product in due course as to have such outstanding service in our local town would certainly make life easy.
Congratulations again to everyone at Listers. You should all be immensely proud of what you are doing.
