To whom it may concern,
I would like to inform you of the excellent service I have received from all your staff, but in particular Donna Butler.
Since dealing with her, some 3-4 months ago, Donna has been highly efficient, understanding and professional in everything she has done for me. It has been refreshing to see a member of a sales team acting in this manner.
Even when I informed Donna that I may have to cancel my order, she dealt with me and that situation with awareness and compassion, which with 99% of sales staff is lost at times.
If I was dealt by a different sales person, or in a different way, I may have cancelled the order with out thinking about it. But as I have stated, Donna has been excellent
I hope in the future, I can have more good and positive dealings with your company and Donna.
