I have owned two Honda Accord Tourers for the last 10 years and have had them serviced regularly at your Honda Northampton branch. The service staff are first class, and I would like to give particular mention to Chris Yates your service manager. Chris is one of the most helpful nicest guys you could wish to deal with. Chris responds in exemplary fashion to all difficulties faced by car owners who depend on having their vehicle on the road every day, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
I will be looking to change my vehicle in the next 12 months and one the main considerations is the excellent service provided by Chris and his team which will almost certainly persuade me to purchase Honda once again.
If you are able to pass on my appreciation and take into account my thanks for such great customer service at any staff review that would be much appreciated.
