_Dear Mr. Tombs,

We are writing to thank all of those of your Service Team who were involved in sorting out the recent problem we had with our VW T5 California. These may include Amy and Mike Staley as well as yourself.

We were very pleased when Amy confirmed that the part would be replaced at no cost to ourselves under a 50/50 arrangement between VW vehicles and your Listers Centre at Worcester. We wish to thank any of your team who helped bring this arrangement about._
