This message is to say thank you for the work the dealership did in repairing our Golf.

Early on it seemed to be getting expensive, but once we saw sense and realised the likelihood of the car breaking down soon anyway, your team softened the blow by being very fair in negotiating an overall cost. That, and the way that you allowed us to use a larger fleet car over the Christmas and New Year period for a family trip left us grateful customers.

Now I have the car back, our family Golf seems good as new. The engine sounds great and I appreciated the valet.

One final comment, Phil Pugh managed our repair service - he was very helpful and caring throughout. Thank you Phil.
