Not a straightforward sale for reasons I wont go into but involved Lizzie and Emma completing paperwork on three separate cars before the proverbial third time lucky. All good in the end and I am now the proud owner of my first ever new car just shy of my 69th birthday If I tested the patience of either of the aforementioned, they were way too professional to show it. Thank you to you both.

We’ve bought a new LBX and collected today. The whole experience has been excellent, but Lizzie deserves a special mention. Her commitment to customer service is first class. Lexus Lincoln have a star.(and the LBX is excellent too!)

It was perfect from start to finish all the staff, Receptionist, Steve and Emma were amazing! Steve put me at ease and I never felt any kind of pressure at all. Himself and the other chap that we had seen the first day were fantastic! Very informative and just a great experience! I had never brought a car in a showroom before ! Wow coffee, pastries and just a lovely environment! It was so easy and enjoyable! Btw the car is beautiful, I feel so calm and safe in it ! It feels very posh driving it ! I hope to be Lexus for the rest of my life well done and thank you to Lexus and your fantastic team … its a yes from me !!
