Last thursday I had a MOT carried out on my car. It passed and of course I was happy at that result. I must also make clear how happy I was with all aspects of the procedure. 1st the timing was sorted out to my complete satisfaction despite quite short notice. @nd the time taken was as advised, almost to the minute, Points for future consideration were well documented and were discussed with staff to my satisfaction. Here I must define “staff” as Karl, who as always is both efficient and helpful and is worthy of special praise. Also I would mention your young receptionist who is was also attentive to customers needs. Lastly the person who valeted the car after did an excellent job on a rally mucky, both inside and out, car. I don’t normally write this sort of letter, although when Toyota phone I do give a good report. Once more let me say how happy I am with the service provided by Listers Boston
