After 3 years of first class service from Andy Mucklin at your Mercedes Benz of Hull Dealership, we showed an interest in changing our current Mercedes for a C63 AMG. Andy put us in the capable hands of Nigel Johnson in the showroom. Nigel kept in touch with me regarding my interest in a C63 answering all my questions, with no pressure to change. Nigel invited us to the AMG weekend in November, where we saw the stunning black C63 AMG in the showroom, and immediately decided that was the car we wanted. Nigel handled the deal in part-exchanging our SLK 280 on the AMG day. It took less than a week to enable us to collect the new C63, which was dealt with very professionally and smoothly.

After driving the C63 during December, and enjoying the C Class handling and comfort, we decided to change our ML320 for a C250 CDI AMG Sport Plus in white. We had seen a used car on the Lister group website at Lincoln, and visited the Lincoln showroom to view the car the same afternoon. However, when we arrived the car had already been sold. We spoke to Nigel Johnson the next day and he located a new car, on stock, and the deal which he offered made it very attractive to purchase a new car rather than a used. This again, was dealt with very professionally and Nigel made us feel like friends rather than just another customer.

Whilst the Lincoln branch tried to gain our business, we have had such fantastic service from both Andy and Nigel at Hull that we would not consider taking our business to another branch.
