We feel we must write once again to tell you how impressed we are with the standard of service and friendliness of all the staff we have encountered at your showroom. We expressed total satisfaction when my wife purchased a new up! in December, and this has been reinforced by our experience on Tuesday last.
The up! was being serviced and I had the misfortune of being the victim of a ‘shunt’ whilst waiting to turn into your premises off the Broadway Road. From the moment of the collision, members of your showroom staff were most helpful in directing me into your driveway and thereafter for my damaged vehicle to remain on site. In particular we were very grateful to your receptionist Chloe for the friendly and efficient way she dispensed both tea and sympathy, plus expert advice in arranging for us to straight away contact Accident Exchange. The response from the Exchange has also been excellent.
So, all in all, if I *had to have an accident, I’m sure it couldn’t have happened at a better place! Thank you once again for your very high standard of service, and please pass this on to all your staff.*
