On Friday 25th October my VW Passat developed a fault on my way up to Coventry (The rear mountings of the engine compartment undertray had come out and the tray was flapping underneath the car).

I was staying overnight in Coventry and on Saturday morning popped into your dealership to see if anyone could help. … fortunately a Mechanic was on hand and kindly gave the car a quick look and managed to replace the fixings.

I thanked him, but it was very remiss of me not to have taken his name.

It’s small acts of kindness like this that does your company credit and often by which you are judged.
