I dropped in to Listers VW Leamington with my Sharan.

I had a puncture and had come off the M40 looking for a quick solution as I was on my way to meeting in Cheshire.

I parked opposite the loading bays to the workshop and asked a technician if they might be able to help. He said they had a full schedule but escorted me to the service desk and explained my situation. They were extremely helpful and within five minutes had found someone to look at the tyre. They took the car away and within twenty minutes had repaired the tyre, checked the tyre pressures, reset the tyre indicator and even listened to my query about a loose seal on the door.

When I tried to pay they said it was free of charge. The whole experience was exemplary. I live in London and use a South Yorkshire VW garage for servicing and the experience is not comparable.

I was hugely impressed by everyone I saw at the garage. If I have any opportunity to buy a car from Listers or to service my car there I will not pass it up.

Thank you for the wonderful service and for getting me back on the road in record time (and saving me from grappling with whatever spare tyre or equivalent the Sharan has these days!)
