after owning my car for alittle over a year, I Feel now is the time to give some feedback on my whole experience with Mercedes benz (Hull). It had always been my dream to own an ‘E Class’ from being a child, and after many visits to other dealers, both Mercedes-Benz and others to test drive a Variety of cars and to confirm my childhood dream wasnt just that, I along with my partner returned to your showroom. We were looked after very well indeed by a member of staff team Namely Nigel. The Patience and Professionalism that was afforded to us by him was always of an extremely high standard, nothing was ever too much for him. Nigels knowledge of the cars was impeccable and he was always able to answer any questions that we asked. This is a credit both to him and the organisation ensuring his knowledge was current and up to date. Prior to our dealings with Nigel we had a test drive and was a little late back, gone 6, due to us making a wrong turn, again i must say the reception we received was extremely professional,again a credit to your team as I am in no doubt they wanted to go home . After purchasing the car and being shown the ins and outs by Nigel we drove home, excited but thinking that would be our dealing with a Car Dealership, until the next time! However I couldnt be more wrong , how surprised I was to find that a complementary valet and wash was included each month for the next three years, I must say I do feel a bit of a cheap skate by taking you up on this offer each month, however this has only reinforced the reputation of Mercedes Benz (Hull), and of course keeps me coming back . Whenever I call in to book my car in , and indeed on every visit to the showroom the reception girls are always extremely professional and polite , and always address me as Chris, which is only a small thing but makes me feel more like a friend then a visitor. My dealings with James over the last year, again has been inpeccable. Nothing is too much trouble for him, if he is otherwise engaged when I call he always returns my call promptly. He greets me personally taking the time to come from behind his desk and seems to know when I am rushing to go, and also the time to stop and have a chat. James has even on occasion when I have seen him out of the work environment said hello, this again reinforcing that professional standard. He has also shown me that not only does my car receive the wash ect , but also has had safety or winter checks when needed, this again niot expected when we drove off that first time. Again James’s knowledge of the cars is faultless. I am under no illusion that these little things make such a huge difference to the returning of customers and as has been stated, it is about a journey from your first Mercedes Benz and beyond. I hope that you will pass these comments not only onto the relevant people at Mercedes Benz(Hull), The Listers Group but include the girls on the front desk, Nigel from sales and of course James from servicing.
