Our initial contact from the first enquiry was with William Holden, we (my wife, daughter and myself) found him polite, well mannered, knowledgeable and not at all pressurising. He went out of his way to ensure we were treated as customers should be.

When we decided to purchase the vehicle again he made all the necessary arrangements to ensure we were comfortable with all the detail willingly going over the small print to ensure no stone was left unturned.

When we came back for the handover today again he constituently strived to give us the highest standards of excellence. Always making the point that he was there to provide the highest standards that could be given. Going out to the car with us to guide us through all of the essential controls. The departing comment from him was that if there were any issues or help with the complex Sat Nav operation or anything else give him a call or just come in and someone would be there to provide the detail required.

We all felt very comfortable with William.
