Thanks for your letter regarding the follow up of service levels at Listers,
I can only say a huge thank you to all the staff involved. They were all very friendly, even the lady from the ‘back office’.
I explained what I thought the problem I had may be, and your staff listened to me and qualified that my thought’s were right. They then checked the system to ensure it was running correctly and even washed the car when finished.
I was in the ‘motor industry’ myself in my early years and have spent my last twenty plus years in a sales environment, so I look at how I treated my clients and the service level I gave to them, and in comparison, your levels are equally as excellent.
