My name is Daisy Clarke and I recently purchased a Toyota Aygo from your Coventry branch last Thursday 4th June.

From the moment my partner called the branch to arrange an appointment for a test drive, to the moment I drove away the very next day in my new car, the service could not be faulted. Both Lloyd and Jason made my purchase a very easy, efficient and enjoyable experience, one of which I have commended greatly to my family and friends.

I work in Retail Management currently, so I understand the importance of great customer service and how hard it can be to make sure your customers are completely satisfied and that your team members are representing not only themselves the best they can, but the organisation also. I also believe that customers are very quick to criticise the service they receive however very rarely praise when it is needed, hence why I am writing this email.

Lloyd’s approach was very professional, open and efficient, while Jason was very informative and eager to please. Together they are a very good team and deserve to be recognised. The constant supply of tea was also a very welcomed touch whilst doing the paperwork!

Both are credits to you and Listers and I just wanted you to know that I shall be recommending to all that I know.
