I wanted to give you some feedback of my experience of your team last week as they were dealing with an unexpected issue on my 5 hour old Jaguar XE-S.

After driving the vehicle home on Friday from Gaydon, I parked the new car with 50 miles on the clock on the drive to notice white smoke and a high volume of coolant leaking from the bonnet area. As you can imagine, I was extremely frustrated/disappointed with the situation, however, Stewart Lynch managed to get the car inspected within 10mins notice of my phone call as I was driving to the dealership workshop. Stewart kept me informed, took pictures so that I could feed back to the Solihull plant and was able to provide a replacement vehicle for me to use with help from Fabian Mike from the LR dealership. According to the JLR Solihull plant quality manager, Your team have also correctly raised an early warning to the plant to prevent further occurrences of this other XE 3.0 vehicles planned for build.

Having had issues with the level of customer service from Jaguar Solihull in 2012 (prior to Listers) I can say that I have seen a positive step change in the professionalism and customer service level from Listers Solihull. Thank you to your team for their approach and getting the car back on the road.
