I have recently purchased my fourth Jazz from Listers (and my fifth overall). Whilst my overall ranking of the process has always been above average, there are two people whose contribution makes me rate the experience this time as excellent and even my high expectations were exceeded.
The first is Sales Executive, Philip Bevan. A very pleasant young man for whom nothing was too much trouble and who took everything in good humour, even though I was pressing for an exceptional overall deal. We were able to have a laugh and a joke along the way and the whole process felt like ‘Jolly Good Fun’ rather than something to be gone through as a matter of necessity.
The second is your receptionist Vanessa. She always greets me by name (how does she remember so many customers names?) and also remembers what hot drinks I like. She is both the face and the voice of the dealership and when someone else is on reception, however efficient they may be, it is just not the same!
Incidentally, I was very pleased when I learnt that Listers had taken over the Solihull Jaguar dealership from Stratstone. Now you are looking after both my cars!
