I wanted to thank you and your excellent service team for handling a problem with my Freelander 2 this week. Both Kirsty Gray and Alice Shenstone could not have been more professional and I hope that you can pass my thanks onto them for making this particularly problematic repair a much less painful experience.
Having never been involved with Land rover and Listers, it was a breath of fresh air to receive such prompt and caring service, especially as the vehicle had come down from a non-land rover garage in Aberdeen and was being repaired under a sales warranty. Please them again on my behalf.
