I had a very good experience with Listers Nuneaton and Michael Hill helped me all the way as I was very unsure what I was doing. He explained everything very clearly and helped me set up payments on my iPad which took a lot of the stress I had away. The test drive was also a good experience and all was explained as we went along. He also arranged delivery of the car which was a very useful bonus. I’m very happy with how the purchase went and would recommend Listers to anyone interested in VW cars.

Bought a used car. I didn't test drive or even see the car before purchase, but on collection it was cleaned and prepped to showroom standard as expected. They sent me a personal video of the car. Good communications throughout. The sales exec was not in when I collected, but her colleague picked up the process seamlessly.
