Extremely professional and helpful advice and service from Harry at Listers Leamington. This is not the first Volvo i have had so I have previous experience- so it’s with a huge amount of pleasure that I can safely say it’s not going to be my last! Thankyou to all the team at Listers Leamington.

First Volvo that I have bought. From start to finish the whole process was easy and relaxed. Customer service from Ben & Henry was first class. We had a couple of very minor issues with the processing of the order but both guys were on it like Sonic and it was resolved in a timely manner. Hand over of my car and handover to pick up new car was swift and efficient. Would recommend you give them a shot if you are looking for a Volvo.

Special thanks to Jordan and the team. We had booked our car in for a repair and took advantage of a loan car for the day at a really reasonable price. We had been quoted a fairly high amount to use their diagnostic machine but Jordan phoned to say that as the repair would be sorted easily, we would only have to pay half the price of the original quotation and this included the repair and removing excess oil left by a previous Garage. We collected our car and were delighted to see that it had been washed and hoovered throughout. We were also given a video of our car on the ramp showing all parts were in good working order, apart from some wear on the rear brake discs which would require attention in the coming months. Jordan said he would contact us to arrange a repair then. We were offered pastries whilst the paperwork was drawn up and when we collected our vehicle Jordan walked us out and made us feel like valued customers. We would highly recommend Listers Worcester and thank them for a highly professional and friendly experience.
