I booked in with VW Nuneaton as I had a knocking sound coming. From start to finish I was looked after by Courtney from the service department. I can't recommend her customer service enough. She is very friendly, patient and kept me update with the whole process. She built trust aswel and took care of everything. 10/10 for Courtney.

I'm a BCA transporter driver and delivered here last week. Everyone from the manager who made me a coffee to the lad who checked the cars in was very helpful. You can always spot a good business by the way suppliers are treated. It just so happens I own a BMW myself and I'm going to make a day of it and travel to them at Kings Lynn (from the other side of Peterborough) for some parts I need because you can't put a price on good service.

Matt, Doyle and the team at Omoda Solihull are AMAZING!!! Couldnt be happier with our 2 cars! Yes my wife bought her's first and it is so good I've now got one!!! Matt and Doyle really know their stuff and although we were'nt sure about a brand we've not heard of before - they gave us all the information about both cars AND answered all of our questions! Their service is really patient, kind and informative, We couldnt be more pleased! I've told my friends about Omoda and even my family were wowed when they saw my new car recently!!
