I recently called in to have my 12v battery tested on my is300h and whilst waiting both myself and my wife spoke to a charming Lexus sales guy , Oliver Powell who asked if we're interested in looking at any of the used cars on offer. Unfortunately for me my wife had already spotted a used UX250h in the exact colour she loved. Oliver went over and above to show us round the car and on the test drive made my wife feel comfortable as she really doesn't like driving unfamiliar cars. Needless to say as with all Lexus models the car sold itself ! Oliver, although is a salesman, he didn't once push us into the purchase, he actually came across as if he wasn't a salesman which my wife liked. I have dealt with Lincoln Lexus for over 16 years now and they always manage to make you dealings special !!
