From an initial on line enquiry to collecting car last Saturday the service received by Phil Smith has been superb. Phil was attentive and went the extra mile to assure that I drove away with my new car ( new for me!). Nothing was not too much trouble and the 3hour drive to Stratford was worth it for the excellent service he provided.

Vicky explained in detail all of the car's features along with a number of additional options. We certainly received the VIP treatment from a very professional and committed salesperson. In summary we are very satisfied customers and Vicky is a credit to Lister Audi. Overall an outstanding dealership with great staff and well worth their 4.8 out of 5.0 star rating.

Bought a used low mileage Audi at a competitive price not at an over inflated price. Fantastic service. Time taken to explain everything and handover was first class. Part exchange was more than expected. Service plan very reasonable and the car comes with a 12 month warranty. Would definitely recommend.
