A friendly welcome, greeted me on my arrival followed by an offer of coffee [duly accepted]. I had completed log-in on line so after handing over my car key I took a comfortable seat while I waited for the Winter Check to be carried out. On completion of the check [with video report] Jamie Crump came and went through the report with me. He answered all my questions in a positive manner. I would have little hesitation in recommending Audi Worcester.
