I have had two Mercedes Benz prior to my new X5 50e and both had dash rattles that could not be fixed, so was keen to see how BMW compared. So far, I have been extremely impressed with the build quality and driving experience of my X5. It's my first BMW since the mid 90s having had Audi, Jaguar, Range Rover and I am extremely pleased with my decision. From my initial enquiry via CarWow, Emily at Lister Boston has been fantastic and a joy to deal with throughout my purchase. Dan your product genius at Boston was great fun and the whole vehicle pick up experience was very positive. As mentioned, the Lister Boston team are an absolute joy and credit to the BMW brand. Even when the BMW systems went down, having travelled on four trains to get to Boston and being picked up by Shane at the dealership, Emily, Dan and the team could not do enough to assure me we would get everything sorted offering refreshments throughout the afternoon. I would go as far to say that the purchase and collection of my X5 from Boston Lister has been the best experience I have had from any dealership over 30+ years of buying new cars.

I'm a BCA transporter driver and delivered here last week. Everyone from the manager who made me a coffee to the lad who checked the cars in was very helpful. You can always spot a good business by the way suppliers are treated. It just so happens I own a BMW myself and I'm going to make a day of it and travel to them at Kings Lynn (from the other side of Peterborough) for some parts I need because you can't put a price on good service.

We purchased an approved used X1 on 15th January 2025, we dealt with Grace who was very understanding of our situation. My father was very specific about what he wanted and Grace managed to meet all his expectations and was completely honest and open about what she could and could not do from the start. The handover was seamless. BMW Listers was refreshing to deal with, especially when we have been mislead by other BMW dealerships previously. I would recommend this dealership 100% and I can see why they have one of the highest overall google scores for BMW dealerships in the country.

I had my rear brake pads replaced as a part of the regular maintenance for my bmw 520d. Booking was simple and I received a quotation for the job. The car was fine while I waited comfortably with free refreshments. The car was returned washed and vacuumed. The process was seem less and the staff member on the service desk was helpful and pleasant. My only issue was that there was a different price quoted on the bmw app to the one I paid ultimately. This was explained to me before the work started so I’m not complaining, but it can be misleading.
