Discretionary Commission Arrangements (DCA)
If you purchased your vehicle using a motor finance agreement with a lender following an introduction by Listers Group, your agreement might have been subject to a discretionary commission arrangement (DCA). The Financial Conduct Authority is conducting a review on the use of DCA, further information on which can be found on the FCA Car finance complaints website.
In order to make a query, or register a complaint, regarding your finance agreement and DCA, please contact the responsible lender directly. Details of your lender can be found on your finance agreement.
If you require information around your vehicle purchases in order to raise a DCA enquiry with the lender, please email discretionarycommission@listers.co.uk and we will endeavour to provide you the information.
We will require the following information prior to being able to release any information
- Request must come from account holder, we will only be able to release information to the main account holder
- Current address details
- Address details at the time(s) of vehicle purchase(s)
- Name of dealerships(s) where possible
- Registration number(s) where possible
